Abstract Class to make a simple cache with Json Data.
I'm already use this resource, but recording to make a generic abstract class to implement in data classes of your own.
At begining this is focused in Wordpress teme and plugin creation, but should be more diverse

- Avoid any reference to read directly to the file in Parent classes.
- Find way to protect the direct access to the file
- protect problems with read and write to the file
