Fix Travis CI deployment

Travis is currently not working. Please make it work using the repository hosted at the FOSSASIA org.

@mariobehling What is the motive of the following repository ?
Do we need to set up our own invite system ?

There is no longer a hosted solution of orgmanager. If contributors want to make it running would be good. Then we can have our own deployment from this repository. Once things are working again we can also contribute back to the original repo. Thanks.

Is the codecov tests required within travis? The problem is due to outdated dependencies and phpunit.

I don't think they will be needed as we get a working orgmanager

@vishakhanihore Ok thank you for you quick reply. I have gotten orgmanager working at https://orgmanager.herokuapp.com/. I can automatically deploy it using travis after removing codecov tests.
