The list below is an unofficial list of game systems.

Dungeons & Dragons

An implementation of the Dungeons & Dragons 5th Edition ruleset under the OGL. This system currently comes bundled with Foundry VTT, but in the future may be distributed separately. Please feel free to post issues or pull requests to the GitLab repo for my consideration.

Pathfinder

Foundry systems for the various Pathfinder editions.

A system for the first edition of Pathfinder in FoundryVTT.

This system adds support for Pathfinder Second Edition to Foundry VTT.

Warhammer Fantasy

Foundry systems for the various Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay editions.

Installing this system allows you to create campaigns in the grim and perilous world of Warhammer Fantasy 4th edition!

13th Age

Foundry systems for the 13th Age RPG.

This system adds support for the 13th Age RPG in your Foundry VTT campaigns! To get the most out of it, you can also install the Dice Calculator module to add the ability to include inline dice rolls in power cards.

Fate

Foundry systems based on the Fate Core and Accelerated systems by Evil Hat Productions, available under Creative Commons.

A new system for Fate Core which supports arbitrary skills/stress tracks/conditions/aspects and other modular characteristics that will allow GMs to build almost any implementation of the Fate Core system. Includes default settings for Fate Core, Fate Condensed, and Fate Accelerated.

FateX is the extended Fate game system for FoundryVTT. This system allows you to play any Fate game you want. It provides default options for playing Fate Core, Fate Accelerated, and Fate Condensed, but can be used in all its derivative systems too.

This package is outdated and while still functional for a time will no longer be updated further. Users should migrate to one of the two other actively-developed systems

Starfinder

This system brings support for the Starfinder RPG to Foundry VTT. The system provides sheets for player characters, NPC's, starships, and vehicles. There isn't any compendium content provided currently. That should come in a future update.

Shadowrun

This system adds support for Shadowrun 5th Edition.

Savage Worlds

Adventure Game Engine (AGE)

An implementation of the Blue Rose AGE ruleset. Only sheets are provided until an agreement can be made with Green Ronin Publishing.

Chaosium

7th Sea is a tabletop roleplaying game of swashbuckling and intrigue, exploration and adventure, taking place on the continent of Théah, a land of magic and mystery inspired by our own Europe.

Runehammer Games

Index Card RPG (ICRPG) by Runehammer Games takes classic tabletop mechanics for telling stories, making monsters and rolling dice, but throws out all the clunky parts that keep most folks from trying an adventure or two.

Other

A simple game system for Foundry VTT which allows for flexible definition of Actors and Items to assist with worldbuilding or for running games which do not have a more complete system implementation available.
