Issue in creating Leads using "Create" button

I can't create Leads using the "Create" button. I keep getting an error message saying, "First Name is mandatory." Please help me fix this issue.

Hello, this is a duplicate of #387 there is a partial work around there, but not a full solution yet.

@1ubuntuuser Not sure why default values are not created on install. But I have added a "Restore Defaults" button to restore it from FCRM Settings doctype.
