Use Test and Type Driven Development: normal tests, property-based tests, etc.

Quests:
- add To Do
- add Note
- assisted grooming process that happens before starting work on any task
- user settings storing in DB
- queue size - default to 10
- theme: light or dark
- enable or disable importance hints
