Quests:

install cabal
- via shell on Linux/macOS
- via CMD / Powershell on Windows
write Haskell script which you run via Cabal which does the development setup
- needs to use Cachix - ask @razvan-flavius-panda
- need to launch the nix-shell on Linux/macOS
