Vue.js client for rest api 🚀

This project is a template for building a vue app that connects to any rest api. It includes an app with some common features and a testing base.

Description 📝

This project aims to provide a minimal and ready-to-use vue app that can be used as a starting point for production. It showcases how to use vue.js with axios to make requests to any rest api, and how to handle authentication, routing, and state management.

Getting Started 🏁

Dependencies 📦

You will need the following tools to run this project:

  • Vue.js
  • Axios
  • Vite

You can find more details in the package-lock.json file.

Installing 🛠️

To install this project, follow these steps:

  • Clone this repository to your local machine.
  • Navigate to the project folder and run npm install to install the dependencies.
  • Navigate to the app folder cd vue-client-app
  • Run npm run dev to start the development server.

Running 🚗

The server should be up on http://localhost:5173/

Be aware that this project does not have much error handling. Some errors will be printed in the console though.
