Quick'n'dirty installation
$ virtualenv --python=python3 ./
$ source bin/activate
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
$ cd postcardsaction
$ ./manage.py migrate
$ ./manage.py collectstatic
$ ./manage.py createsuperuser
$ ./manage.py runserver
