agrolib
Agrolib are a set of libraries for agrometeorological modeling and climate analysis. They include a numerical solution for three-dimensional water and heat flow in the soil, water balance, meteorological data interpolation, daily weather generator, radiation budget, snow accumulation and melt, plant development and plant water uptake.
agroTools
CriteriaOutput is a shell command to manage the agro-hydrological output of CRITERIA1D / GEO. The output of CRITERIA is stored in a SQLite database and can be exported to CSV, shapefile, NetCDF or geo-raster format, using this tool.
CRITERIA1D
CRITERIA 1D is a one-dimensional agro-hydrological model. It includes soil water fluxes, crop development and crop water needs, a GIS interface (CRITERIA GEO) for geographical simulations and tools to manage crop and soil parameters. The software is written in C++ using Qt libraries, so cross-platform building is possible (Windows, Linux, MacOS)
CRITERIA3D
CRITERIA-3D is a three-dimensional agro-hydrological model for small catchments.
PRAGA
PRAGA PRogram for AGrometeorological Analysis
WeatherGenerator
A suite of programs aimed at producing temporal series based on the observational dataset. Daily data of precipitation, maximum temperature and minimum temperature are produced. Two different algorithms have been developed: 1) generation of single point weather data series. 2) generation of a spatially coherent two-dimensional data series.
creek
Creek is an empirical model to estimate water level from observed precipitation, tested on Ravone creek (Bologna, Italy).
CRITERIA-2D
Python version of CRITERIA-3D agro-hydrological model
TDR-TravelTimeAnalysis
Computation of the travel time from a TDR waveform
Terrain-3D
3D terrain visualizer using Qt OpenGL
