Start To Use

Necessary Prepare

macOS 
brew install python-tk python3  tcl-tk
python3 -m pip install -U --force-reinstall pip
pip install -r requirements.txt
Linux 
python3 -m pip install -U --force-reinstall pip
pip install -r requirements.txt
sudo apt update -y && sudo apt install python3-tk -y
Windows 
python -m pip install -U --force-reinstall pip
pip install -r requirements.txt

Then Start

python tool.py
# if you want to package it into binary, you can
python build.py
