To deploy this app you'll need to first sign up for a Heroku account.
Once you've got your Heroku account created, deploying this app is as simple as clicking this button:
Once you've deployed, visit the URL Heroku has provided and you'll see a page that allows you to send an SMS
message. Messages are sent via the Blower.io add-on, to log in to Blower.io
and see API usage click the relevant link in the Heroku Dashboard for you app, or
run heroku addons:open blowerio via the CLI.

Tested and working with Node.js 0.10.x.
Production ready. Any problems please create an issue.
