Add rulebook to table

Looking into how to best support this. It looks like I could easily upload the pdf, but I'd like to make it a bit more robust and not have to manually update the rulebook.

Bag with rulebook and learn to play added to the table. Still need to add quick reference cards as well as make the rulebook bag more obvious. I'm thinking a custom bag that looks like a mini rulebook spawns rulebooks
