How to use:
- Download the code listed below including the gamemode files (put the folder dtb in your gamemodes folder)
- Configure your IRC settings (dtb/irc/data.pwn).
- Configure your MySQL settings (dtb/db/data.pwn).
- Compile dtb.pwn.
- Download the GeoIP database files to your server scriptfiles directory.
- Start your server.
