Creating dataset for Segmentation

Hi,

I am trying to do Segmentation on my custom dataset.
However, I am not able to find proper tools to generate my dataset for Segementation.

If anyone has knowledge of any tools that will help me generate the custom dataset, I will really appreciate it.
