If you have issues installing webpack/start script see below
You can spin up the front-end by using:
npm start
You can spin up the back-end by using:
npm run server

Filter bugs by the threat level set by the user.

Create a modal that will allow users to submit new bugs. A bug report must contain:
- Assigned Team Member
- Threat Level
- Description
- Reporter
- Populate the client with bug reports sent back from the server.

Create a route to send back ALL bug reports in the DB.

Populate a Postgres DB or MongoDB (w/ Mongoose) with exampleData.

If it continues to fail and you're on a macOS make sure you've installed Xcode:
xcode-select --install
npm install and try npm start again
If it continues to fail: globally install webpack, webpack-cli, and webpack-dev-server then:
npm start
