EDAM operation and EDAM topic need different parsing, so that they can be distinct

EDAM annotations might include comma, e.g. this one:
Molecular interactions, pathways and networks

If we want to parse them later from the excel sheet (e.g. to show the improved stats), that will not work, I would propose to add extra quotes for that:

E.g. for antiSMASH parsed as:
"Molecular interactions, pathways and networks", "Gene and protein families"
