Wrong wheels for python-ldap

Hi!
This is a followup to #97 (it will be more visible than a closed PR 😄 )
The python-ldap wheels that were uploaded to wheels.galaxyproject.org are not the good ones.They come from https://depot.galaxyproject.org/starforge/wheels/build-132/ while the good ones are in https://depot.galaxyproject.org/starforge/wheels/build-133/
The only difference between the 2 builds is a49f517 that fix a linking problem.
