What was done:

1. Load up tutorial inputs
2. Run the workflow at EU
3. Export History from EU > Import to ORG (history), Download WF from EU > Upload to ORG
4. Run the workflow at ORG
5. See the bug .. the tax input is purged.

This usage makes use of the converter tool CONVERTER_ref_to_seq_taxomony but when I run that directly in a different test history, it works fine. https://usegalaxy.org/u/jen-galaxyproject/h/test-ref-to-seq

I moved the WF from EU > ORG but this also happens if the workflow is directly loaded from GTN. This was a cross test to see if the WF was the problem or not -- seems not, works at EU but not at ORG.

So something happened between Nov 27 2023 and Dec 13 2023 to impact this tool. No successful runs since then.

The rerun here worked Ok. Not sure what changed but isn't reproducible now.
