This is a collaborative effort to publish an RFC draft for the IETF covering the use of ECDH Static-Static key agreement in the JOSE context.
First, install mmark and xml2rfc on your local machine.
Next, update the jose-ecdh-ss.md file with your desired changes.
Run make FORMATS=txt to compile the RFC txt file from the Markdown script.
