LircChannelChanger LircChannelChanger is a perl script intended for use with the MythTV (http://www.mythtv.org) open source DVR project. It providers an external channel changing script using LIRC (http://www.lirc.org) the Linux Infrared Remote Control programs. LircChannelChanger supports a large number of options in order to handle a signficant subset of the requirements of those that need an external channel changing script using LIRC. Development and testing has been performed only on Linux.
