sfy-processing: fix monitoring command

The sfydata axl monitor command is buggy and little used. For demos it is great to have. Also the firmware can be compiled in continuous mode so that it transmits every 20 seconds (but then GPS won't work), useful for demonstration.
I can try and fix the python-code, but would be great if you can test and make sure it works on the computer used for the demo (either your own or one of the computers in the lab).
