Version 1.4.1 is not registered in package registry

My coworkers are hit by bugs in 1.4.0, which are fixed in master.
I thought that the release is not yet finished, but now, I see that Package.toml already contains 1.4.1, so maybe, @gcalderone just forgot to register the release.
