Exploring Airbnb data in Barcelona, 2016-17. Identified price trends for listings and created a regression model to predict listing price.
The data for this project was sourced from the open source initiative Inside Airbnb, containing Airbnb data on multiple cities worldwide
The image below was created using the Folium package, and it visualizes the Airbnb listings in Barcelona. Size of marker indicates price and intensity of marker indicates the density of listings in respective neighbourhoods.
