Adding functionality to generate and download (as SHP) river, inland waterbodies and coastline from Sentinel-2 data

It would be helpful if a functionality is added in geemap to generate river, inland waterbodies and coastline from Sentinel-2 satellite data using GEE. The generated output needs to be downloaded as shapefile. The following blog link might be helpful in this regard.
