View Confirmation General Failure

I don't have a phone that's why I only activate my authenticator in SDA, and I use it in any different computer shop. So when I use it and tryna confirm something from the "View Offer" it always says that [Failed to load confirmations. Try using "Force sessions refresh" under the Selected Account menu. If that doesn't work use the "Log-in again" option.] But when I tryna do that, it gives a result of error by doing "Force sessions refresh" so I proceed in using "log-in again" but it always says "Genaral Failure". I did it many times until it shows and stuck into "Please enter the following the captcha code".

Btw, I am new of using of this app and I dunno how to fix this.
