Hi,

Do you have any script I could use as a starting point for binder design?
In the supp material of your Nature paper, you mentioned:
"De-novo binders: Combine (i) substructure conditioning on antigen, (ii) optional scaffold constraint on binder, and (iii) contact constraints on epitope/paratope"

Could you provide more details on how to implement this?
