How to avoid create config env in different data (when -profile conda)

I am testing your pipeline and noticed the when specify '-profile conda', the pipeline will install all the required packages according to the config file. If what I observed is correct, I was wondering whether there is a way to install these packages in a given directory, and the pipeline can use it in different runs/samples without re-install the packages?
