No taxonomy in the summary file

Hi,
I have been using nanoclust for a while. For my most recent nanopore run I do not get the taxonomy added to the summary file; e.g. BC13.nanoclust_out.txt
The taxonomy is file in the individual taxonomic level files; e.g. rel_abundance_BC13_G.csv
Could you please help me figure out what is worng?
