Hello,
I have 11 pairs of 3D coordinates of the skulls of 44 owls and i am trying to calculate the procrustes sum of squares using bilat.symmetry but as it mentions in the geomorph manual I need to create a vector with information about the individuals. This might be a silly question, but I don't understand what kind of vector or information does it need. Should i create a csv file with the coordinates? Any chance there is an example of how it looks like? I hope my question is not too basic or time consuming and thank you in advance!

If you look at the example dataset for the function bilat.symmetry, you will see the format. Essentially, it is a vector containing values like: 1,1,2,2,3,3, etc. Where the numbers represent individuals. There will be a minimum of 2 per individual, for L/R sides if a matching symmetry dataset.
