A GUI app used to find file conflicts between various VPK files. Developed using Qt5 SDK for Windows. The app runs vpk.exe for each added VPK file and analyzes the output to determine file conflicts.

Get Qt5 SDK. Run Qt Creator. Open VpkCompare.pro and build.
