Feature Request: Add net7.0-arm build. Remove net46.

Description
In my experience, the net7.0 build is superior in every sense than the using net4.6.
For backward compatibility or lack of bravery, I did not removed net4.6 completely. The gsudo*.zip file contains the net46 platform build in a folder. I think it's time to remove it and move on to net 7.0, so we can take advantage of all the new features.
With net4.6 AnyCpu profile gone, there will be a need for an arm profile, so lets add one.
