This project aims to be a safe and secure way of sharing secrets between individuals in a team. The goal is to stop people sending secrets over slack. It is designed to be included in your own infrstructure be it AWS, Google Compute Cloud, Kubernetes with support for other platforms to come. The sensitive data that needs to be shared will be stored in the backend for temporary use. The aim is to enable as much auditing as possible. The file should be kept temporary which means the ideal way of handling a download is to delete it afterwards.
The application has two main functions.
This is an easy way to get started. It requires some elevated priviledges to be executed. The templates aim to be serverless when possible. The deployment will take place based on the specified backend.
This is the main function for enabling sharing. It points to a file containing your sensitive data and sends it via a secure way to the backend for temporary storage.
