Second, how to install:

  • Head to the releases.
  • Download windows-classic.zip:
  • Go to the Extensions page in Chrome (chrome://extensions).
  • Enable Developer Mode:
  • Drag and drop windows-classic.zip onto the Extensions page.
  • Voila! The theme will have been applied.
