[q2] Update EffectSizeResults semantic type with field name for Pairwise

At the moment I think it's unclear whether or not an EffectSizeResults artifact was generated via whole group or pairwise comparisons. I think we could do something like EffectSizeResults[Group] and EffectSizeResults[Pairwise] to better delineate these two.
