Rep for the scripts developed during the research project "Topological Fractal Dimension of Protein–Protein Interaction Networks". Doctoral Training Centre, Univerity of Oxford, MT Term 2018.
The main tasks of the project were:
A. Construction of PPIN from BioGrid dataset and Analysis, including Node Ranking.
B. Implementation of Box Counting method for calculating the TFD.
C. Estimating the TFD of PPINs.
