C++ hierarchical exception handling, including printf functionality for std::string.
To install to <install_dir>, type
> mkdir build
> cd build
> cmake -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX:PATH=<install_dir> ..
> make install
Add #include 'exception/exception.h' to your source.
