Luis, I meant this: https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/Internet/FSE_DOCUMENTS/nrcseprd1026807.pdf But for sure also https://www.nrcs.usda.gov/sites/default/files/2023-01/SSIR51.pdf could be a good reference for some procedures. That's why I prefer to cite both, the manual and the chapter as a reference. About your coding of procedures your work seams to perfectly integrate the coding I named BasePhenomenon (for observableproperties).
