Problem encountered with configure

I downloaded Jellyfish-2.3.0.tar.gz and then unzipped it, which worked fine, but when I started to configure it, I had a problem with "-bash:./configure:No such file or directory ", the following is my installation of some information, hope to get your help, thank you very much
