Setup virtual Environment and install dependencies

Create the virtual environment

python3 -m venv .venv

Load the environment

In Linux/Mac

source .venv/bin/activate

In Windows

.\.venv\Scripts\activate

Install dependencies

pip install -r requirements.txt
