Turn off "Bilinear Filtering" in
settings

Copy the Dir "Retroarch" under "Data"(on your Vita) and select one of what you prefer in
Settings
--Onscreen Display
--onsreen overlay
after loading a ROM.
Overlays "gbc"s and "bivert"s have custom_viewport below:
[custom_viewport_x = "240"]
[custom_viewport_y = "32"]
Add/replace the file "Gambatte.cfg"(included) for core "Gambatte"
or just add the lines if you choose one of them.
