Cloning not working Arduino Uno

Hi guys,
I am trying to clone the Y axis and i have put in the jumper cables for the Y axis pins on the A cloning. But only the Y axis is still moving when using universl G code sender.
Do i have to turn anything on for the pins to work for A axis?
