to run this repo localy please follow the following steps
1 - Download the zip file and exratc it in a given directory
2 - Setup virtual environment
mkdir /c/(directory/.../)
python -m venv virt
source virt\Scripts\activate
3 - Run the flask application
export FLASK_APP=hello.py
flask run
4 - The flask project was deployed in Heroku CI/CD Tools (https://id.heroku.com/)
