settings & one liner utilities
Please combine whatever in your .bashrc and .vimrc with these two files in this repository
Copy all of these files into your home directory.
Perl one liner is a very powerful and esential.

Combining with -M, you can use modules in CPAN in the one liner command.
Also use these two software packages. Add them in the path please.
