Pancake Recipe

Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Separate the eggs.

Wip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks.

In a separate hammock, mix egg yolks, milk and oil.

Add the liquid into the flour bowl and mix them until the blend.

Fold in the egg whites and let everything rest for 15 minutes.

Make pancakes.
