Yeah, just get a damn simple grunt script. Since this is public, use environment variables for the s3 settings.

Another idea: you can create a config.js and add it to .gitignore and add a config.js.sample so everyone knows what they need to get it up.

Yes. That is another idea. Would require us to maintain two versions of the config file though. Hrmm.. choices choices choices
