I can't run "python3 -m pip install ."

🟥When I run the quick start on vscode, I got this error message🟥

Can someone tells me how to solve this issue on vscode?

my environment:MacBook Air macOS Ventura version13.2.1
python version:3.9.16

My environment is windows but i met this problem before.

and i solved this problem by :

pip install setuptools==65.5.0

pip install --user wheel==0.38.0
