This spreadsheet contains five columns:
- Remote Last Name - last name of the remote legislator assigning a proxy
- Remote ID - GovTrack ID of the same
- Proxy Last Name - last name of the person assigned as proxy
- Proxy ID - GovTrack ID of the same
- Date Assigned - the date given by the Clerk of the House of Representatives
- Date Revoked - the date given by the Clerk of the House of Representatives
