wrongly positioning the content of website while scrolling on mobile devices.

When we scroll the webpage having wow animations, while loading animations of the content, the website components get place wrongly , leaving a big temporary offset on X direction. when the animation gets completed , they get back to their desirable position again. This makes the website ugly on mobile devices, and We would like to have animations on mobile site.
