Utility scripts to merge small inputs:
list.pl - lists the available unspent inputs from the wallet
xlist.pl - lists the available unspent inputs from keys not in the wallet
pick.pl - shows the optimal set of inputs to reach the target value
send.pl - constructs a transaction and sends it
