BlockUI Drag and Drop

The BlockUI doesn't seem to allow drag and drop on my machine, is this different on yours Tomas?

It never allowed drag and drop.
You are supposed to click on the Instruction panel to select your instruction and then click/highlight a region on BlockUI to create the instructions there.
